Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids on a single stage one envelope basis for the supply of Tower Type ZM-1 with stub, cleats and leg extensions under SEPCO's own resources. The procurement pertains to transmission line materials and is being conducted on a national competitive bidding procedure. Two lots are offered: Lot I comprises 106 complete towers with 19 pieces of 3-M leg extensions and 7 pieces of 6-M leg extensions; Lot II comprises 105 complete towers with 18 pieces of 3-M leg extensions and 6 pieces of 6-M leg extensions. The tender is referenced as PPRA E-PAD Reference No. P48731 and is managed by the Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit, SEPCO Sukkur in Sindh province.
Bidders must be sales tax registered and potential manufacturers or suppliers of transmission line equipment. The bid security must be submitted from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order valid for 120 days from the date of opening, payable to the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. All bidders must provide an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100 or above confirming they are not blacklisted, debarred or defaulted against any contract with WAPDA, NTDC, NGC or DISCOs. Electronic bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date and must be submitted strictly in accordance with NTDC Specification and IEC Standards (amended to date).
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, evaluation criteria and procurement procedures are available on E-PADS v2.0 at the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS and submit bids electronically; bids submitted through any other method will be treated as non-responsive. The tender will be opened on 07-07-2026 at 11:00 hours on E-PADS v2.0 in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend.
