Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, invites bids for annual subscription at AI platforms comprising 4 units of ChatGPT Pro and 2 units of Claude AI Max 20x. This procurement is being conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 via a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The procuring agency is based in Islamabad, Federal Province, and seeks eligible service providers with established offices, valid tax registration, and ATL compliance to participate in this strategic technology acquisition initiative.
Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the bidding document and must submit a Bid Securing Declaration on the format provided in the bidding documentation. Prospective vendors are required to be duly registered with relevant tax authorities, maintain active ATL status, and fulfill all procurement compliance stipulations outlined in the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding document is available for free download from PPRA's website at www.ppra.org.pk and the NDRMF website at www.ndrmf.pk, as well as through the PPRA EPAD system at www.epads.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPAD System with a Bid Securing Declaration. Bids are due on 6th July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for 1030 hours on the same date. Bidders must register on the PPRA EPAD System to participate. In case of public holidays, the process will proceed on the next working day.
