Description / Scope of Work
The National Bank of Pakistan invites electronic bids from suppliers and firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of an E-Learning Management Solution. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS (electronic procurement) platform, with the head office location at I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Sindh. Eligible bidders must obtain complete bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements from the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The procurement follows standard government procedures under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework.
Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to qualify for participation. Original bid security instruments are mandatory and must be submitted physically to the office of the Departmental Head Tender at the 3rd Floor, Procurement Division, NBP Head Office Building in Karachi, before the online submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS using the official platform; manual bids are not accepted under any circumstances.
Electronic bids must be submitted on or before July 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee at 2nd Floor, Committee Room #02, National Bank of Pakistan Head Office, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
