The Global Investment Gateway of Punjab (GIGP), a flagship initiative of the Government of Punjab established to attract, facilitate, and retain local and foreign direct investment in the province, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms for the hiring of executive headhunting and recruitment services to fill director-level positions. This procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and seeks to engage specialized firms capable of identifying and attracting senior executive talent. The scope includes full executive search, headhunting, and recruitment services for multiple director-level vacancies, with services to be delivered in Punjab. Interested organizations and firms can obtain the complete Expression of Interest (EOI) document containing all eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, and detailed specifications from the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx and the E-PADS portal https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk, available at no cost.
Proposals must be duly completed and submitted in full conformity with the EOI requirements through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) Punjab website. The submission deadline is July 6, 2026, before 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM through electronic procurement. All bid submissions on the E-PADS Punjab portal remain the sole responsibility of the bidding firm, and GIGP shall not be held accountable for any technical issues. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance without assigning reasons. The response time for all submissions shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
