The Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission General Hospital, located in H-11/4 Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms, and suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments for the purchase of hygienic and store items on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis. This procurement notice, referenced as Tender Notice No. 09/2026, is open to bidders meeting the specified eligibility criteria. The tender process follows PPRA guidelines and encompasses the supply of essential hygienic and store items required for hospital operations in Islamabad, Federal Province. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and hold valid registration certificates under the Sales Tax Act 1990. Participants are required to submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Islamabad. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must also be submitted along with the technical proposal. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure: technical proposals are evaluated separately from financial proposals without reference to price, and only bids meeting technical specifications proceed to financial evaluation.
Bid submissions must reach the office of the Admin Officer, PAEC General Hospital, H-11/4 Islamabad, on or before 07.07.2026 at 10:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours at the Conference Room in the presence of bidders. Financial proposals will be opened publicly at a later date announced in advance for technically accepted bids only. Quotations must be valid for one year from the award letter issuance.
