The Police Department, Government of Sindh invites sealed bids for the provision of feeding services for horses of the Mounted Police South Zone located in Karachi. Bidders interested in remaining present at bid opening may do so at 1430 hours on the same day. The Police Department will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation or delivery. Every page of the tender document must be signed and sealed by the bidder.
The technical proposal must contain all bid items without price quotations and must list the firm's clientele, details of past projects, and item specifications. Financial bids of firms not meeting minimum passing criteria on technical grounds will not be opened.
