Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd invites sealed bids for the procurement of solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders and air cylinders as per detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications under tender reference LP/T-4156/26/FA. This single stage one envelope procedure procurement is open to bidders offering approved brands including FESTO, SMC or equivalent products. The procurement will be conducted on an item-wise basis with the technical lowest bidder for each item being awarded the respective contract. The tender is administered by the Purchase Department located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, Pakistan, and covers supplies required for the corporation's operations.
Bidders must possess direct authorization from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and submit the letter of authorization along with their offer, failing which bids will be rejected outright. No mediating or indirect supplies will be acceptable under this procurement. Bidders are required to provide clear details and specifications of all materials to be supplied. An earnest money deposit is mandatory, and unsuccessful bidders' earnest money will be returned within five days of posting the final evaluation report on EPADS and PPRA platforms. All pages of the bid documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
