Description / Scope of Work
The General Manager and Project Director of Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA), located in District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the procurement of spare parts and repair of a Unipower trailer featuring a ZF 1600S Synchroma gearbox with WSK 400 converter and clutch for the Base Workshop at Tarbela Dam Project (TDP) for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement is advertised under E-PADS Tender No. P-47636 and serves the operational requirements of WAPDA's critical infrastructure in Haripur.
Eligibility is restricted to Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or General Order Suppliers who are registered, currently listed on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and possess a valid Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Bidders must furnish bid security of PKR 81,658 in the form of a CDR payable to the General Manager and Project Director, Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA). The procurement follows a single stage, one envelope procedure as per PPRA regulations 2004.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM online in the Office of the Director (C&P) at Tarbela Dam Project, Tehsil Ghazi, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
