Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories Supply Chain Management, located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply of five distinct procurement tenders. The tenders cover standard cutting tools (13 items), production tools special (07 items and 03 items in separate tenders), aluminium alloy tube (02 items) and refined tin ingot 99.75% minimum purity (5800 kg). These supplies are essential for the manufacturing operations of Pakistan's premier ordnance facility.
Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers and suppliers who are duly registered with the income tax and sales tax departments of Pakistan. Bidding documents containing detailed item-wise specifications, technical requirements and all terms and conditions are available free of cost at the office of the Director Supply Chain Management or can be downloaded from the POF website at www.pof.gov.pk. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before proceeding with bid preparation.
Bids must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk as well as separately in sealed form to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall. The submission deadline is 21-07-2026 with closing time at 1100 hrs, and technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same date.
