Electronics and electrical consumables for academic laboratory use. Tender appears modest in scale (consumables supply for a single department) but uses formal EPADS electronic procurement process. Bidders must hold FBR and KPPRA registration plus manufacturer or authorized distributor status—this rules out pure traders. Earnest money at 2% plus Rs 1,000 tender fee required upfront; submission entirely online. Timeline is tight with less than one week from notice to deadline. One-off consumable supply, likely annual or recurring but not described as framework contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA, holding either manufacturer status or distributor/dealer status with written authorization from the principal manufacturer specific to this tender. Possession of adequate financial, technical, and human resources is required. Typical requirements for consumables supply in Pakistan typically also include valid business registration with SECP (for companies) or NADRA (sole proprietors) and evidence of previous relevant supply experience.
