Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of pin hole leak clamps under Tender Enquiry Number SNT-2315/26. This procurement is advertised on a single stage two envelopes basis, with technical and financial proposals to be submitted separately in a single sealed package. The tender covers the supply of specified pin hole leak clamps required for pipeline operations, with delivery to be made on DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) basis at Faisalabad. The scope includes technical specifications, quantity requirements, and delivery schedules as detailed in the tender documents. Bids are invited from both foreign suppliers through their local agents and local manufacturers or suppliers, with separate price schedules applicable to each category of bidder.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders submit their quotations in complete conformity with technical specifications and terms and conditions of the tender enquiry. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond in accordance with clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders as per specimen Annexure-II, which must be placed in the financial proposal envelope. Technical literature, questionnaire with commercial terms, and clause by clause commentary on technical specifications are mandatory inclusions. The offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender. All bids must be accompanied by a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion and must conform to the Integrity Pact requirements. Sales Tax and Income Tax Registration Certificates are required for offers made on DPU basis.
Bid documents are available from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Original plus two copies of both technical and financial proposals must be enclosed in duplicate sealed covers clearly marked as CONFIDENTIAL and bearing the words TENDER FOR PIN HOLE LEAK CLAMPS and Tender Enquiry Number SNT-2315/26. Bids will be received on or before 24 February 2026 at 1100 hours and opened publicly on the same date at 1130 hours at the company's office in Lahore.
