The Privatisation Commission, a corporate body constituted under the Privatisation Commission Ordinance 2000, invites proposals from consultancy firms of international repute to carry out a comprehensive performance audit of the Privatisation Commission covering the financial period from 2021-22 to 2025-26. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b) through the PPRA e-PADS portal, seeking qualified international consultancy firms to undertake this five-year performance audit engagement. The scope encompasses a detailed evaluation of the Commission's operational and financial performance across the specified period at the federal level.
Eligible bidders must be consultancy firms with international repute and demonstrated expertise in performance audit engagements. Consultancy firms must be pre-registered or pre-qualified as per PPRA regulations and meet all technical and professional requirements specified in the detailed RFP documentation.
