DHQ Hospital Toba Tek Singh invites auction bids for the financial year 2026-27 from eligible contractors, firms, companies and individuals registered with the Income Tax Department and Government. The procurement comprises two main contracts: an auction canteen contract with a CDR of 360,000 and minimum reserve price of Rs 3,601,400, and an auction of used material including used gallons at Rs 30.51 per gallon and used raddi at Rs 39.51 per kilogram, with a CDR of 15,000. The hospital is located in Toba Tek Singh, Sindh province, and seeks qualified bidders to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department or Government, hold a valid Government Contractor License Category A under Rule-17A with relevant experience, possess active CNIC and NTN registration, and provide one year's last income tax return. All government rules and taxes are applicable to the auction. Bidders must submit Rs 500 stamp paper for acceptance of terms and conditions and are required to hold Punjab Food Authority License for the canteen contract. There is no blacklisting requirement mentioned, and CNIC and active NTN registration are mandatory.
Bidding documents for both the canteen and used material auctions, containing detailed specifications, can be obtained for Rs 500 per package (non-refundable) from the hospital address from the date of publication until 10:00 AM on the closing date through written request. Bids must be submitted by 30 June 2026 up to 11:00 AM, with auction opening scheduled for 30 June 2026 at 12:30 PM for canteen and 01:00 PM for used material after documents scrutiny. If the auction is cancelled or withdrawn, it will be rescheduled to 02 July 2026 and if necessary, to 04 July 2026.
