Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed bids for the provision and supply of LED Cobra Light with accessories for restoration of street lights at different roads under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab. The tender is issued under the 1st Bi Annual 2026 period for District D.G Khan with an approximate project cost of Rs. 4.792 Million and earnest money of Rs. 239600 to be submitted within 30 days. The scope of work includes providing and fixing of LED Cobra Light 100 Watt Factor company units, supply of MS iron pipe 2 inches diameter 4 feet long with clips, supply and erection of single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor of 250/440 volts grade in prelaid PVC pipes, conduits and accessories, and supply of red switch 15 Ampere and solution tape for complete restoration of street lighting infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and meet all eligibility criteria set by the Municipal Corporation. A Graduate Engineer must be employed by the contractor within one month of award. All materials require manufacturer's original confirmation and sales tax compliance documentation. Black-listed contractors are prohibited from participating. Bid security and performance guarantees will be required as per the detailed contract agreement. Quality assurance is mandatory with verification of all delivered materials before payment authorization.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Municipal Corporation office in Dera Ghazi Khan during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Senior Sub Engineer at the Municipal Corporation office on or before the closing date. Opening of bids will occur on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
