Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala invites bids for the procurement of training material for Steel Fixer Trade under construction short courses. The tender is issued by the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) under the Government of Punjab. Bid reference number GCT-B/GRW/T-M/Steel Fixer /2026 covers the supply of specialized training materials required for the steel fixer vocational programme. Eligible bidders must be registered for income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST) with Government bodies. Bidders are required to be active taxpayers, with attested copies of active NTN and GST status attached or uploaded at the time of bid submission. A refundable bid security of Rs. 64,946 (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft favoring the Principal, Govt. College of Technology (B), Gujranwala. The successful bidder must deposit an additional performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award. All prevailing government taxes, transportation charges, and installation charges are the responsibility of the contractor and should be included in quoted rates.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through E-PADS by 06-07-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the Principal Office, Govt.
