Description / Scope of Work
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Lahore Region, Police Department of the Government of Punjab invites sealed bids on a framework basis for the procurement of various goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value of the tender is 26.50 million Pakistani rupees, covering ten different categories of supplies and services including hot and cold beverages, POL lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, store items, Muharram duties funds, transport repair, machinery repair, and furniture repair. This is a framework contract procurement open to registered trading firms with valid tax registrations including income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax.
Eligible bidders must be firms engaged in trading and duly registered with the Taxes Department. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to three percent of the estimated price, which may be provided in the form of a crossed demand draft, bank guarantee, pay order, or call deposit receipt. Bidders should ensure compliance with all tax registration requirements and possess relevant licenses for the supply of goods and services in their respective categories.
The bidding documents are available immediately following publication at no cost. Sealed bids must be submitted to the SSP/RO CTD Lahore office on or before 06.07.2026 at 11:00 A.M. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. Interested bidders may obtain further information and clarifications from SSP/RO CTD Lahore until the submission deadline. Late submissions will be rejected. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the deadline.
