HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Five provisioning packages are offered with contract values ranging from Rs. 22.003 million to Rs. 30.362 million, covering repairs and improvements of certain facilities at PAF Base locations. The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works requiring specialized expertise and prior experience in similar projects. This tender notice is published in Islamabad and Quetta in one Urdu and one English newspaper with minimum space of three columns.
Eligible firms must be enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above with current validity extending to at least June 2026, or preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no involvement in litigation with Government Department in the Court of Law, along with no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Required documentation includes work orders and completion certificates from previous projects, detailed personnel list, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. A bid security of 2 percent is required for non-enlisted firms, refundable upon contract award.
Bidding documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala at 1130 hours on 6 July 2026, with tender opening scheduled at 1200 hours on the same date. Interested parties should contact CMES (PAF) Samungli for further details and document procurement between 0715 and 1335 hours on working days. Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and the Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA regulations.
