Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement Appraisal and Dissemination System (EPADS) for the supply of raw material required for the SNGPL Project at Camp Kot Palak, Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender enquiry FCS/KPAL/TE/026/2026 details the requirements for material delivery as specified in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes, duties and levies. The scope of work is defined in the attached appendices covering general terms, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, price terms, and bond requirements. Bidders are required to quote on the prescribed price sheet with proper authorization and company stamps.
Bidders must meet established eligibility criteria including valid GST registration, National Tax Number, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. A bid security (bid bond) must be submitted in original hardcopy format before the tender closing time at the specified SNGPL Construction Camp office address. The bid bond ensures bidder commitment and compliance with tender conditions. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening. Bidders unable to fully comply with technical specifications must clearly indicate reservations and provide complete literature and specifications of alternative offerings to avoid disqualification.
Bid documents are available through EPADS portal only. The tender closing date is 07 July 2026 at 15:00 hours, with public bid opening at 15:30 hours on the same date at SNGPL Construction Camp Opposite Ghazni Khel Filling Station Near Gulbaz Shop, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Payment shall be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with applicable Sales Tax withholding deductions.
