Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement Assistance and Delivery System (EPADS) for the supply of stringing material required for the SNGPL Project at Camp Kot Palak in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender enquiry (Reference: FCS/KPAL/TE/025/26) seeks qualified suppliers to provide stringing material in accordance with specified technical requirements and delivery schedules outlined in Appendix B. The tender is issued with an estimated project value and scope covering supply, delivery, and compliance with applicable national and international standards. Bidders must ensure their quotations are submitted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, and Sales Tax at the applicable rate of 18% unless explicitly exempted or stated otherwise.
Eligibility requirements include registration as a legal business entity with valid GST and National Tax numbers, submission of valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and provision of organization documents such as Articles of Association or partnership deed. Bidders must submit a bid bond in original form as per the specimen provided in Appendix E, valid for 60 days from the tender closing date. Only authorized representatives of bidding firms may attend the public bid opening, and they must present an authority letter as per the specified format. Bidders unable to fully comply with technical specifications must clearly indicate deviations and submit complete literature and specifications of alternative items offered.
Bid documents must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal, with the original bid bond delivered to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Construction Camp Opposite Ghazni Khel Filling Station Near Gulbaz Shop, Lakki Marwat, before the closing time of 15:00 hours on 07 July 2026. Public opening of bids will commence at 15:30 hours on the same date at the specified location. Bid documents are available through the EPADS system, and clarifications regarding tender specifications should be requested in writing at the time of bid submission. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to Sales Tax withholding provisions.
