Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Civil Engineering (PAF) Chaklala, South Zone, invites sealed tenders for emergency work involving provision of certain facilities at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. This notice covers seven separate packages with estimated contract values ranging from Rs. 10.157 Million to Rs. 73.407 Million, totalling over Rs. 235 Million. The work packages designated (a) through (g) address critical facility provisions across the PAF Base located in the Punjab province. These are emergency works subject to accelerated procurement procedures, and the detailed scope of each facility provision package will be made available in the tender documents issued to qualified and scrutinized contractors only.
Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A and B with relevant experience in similar military or defence projects. All bidders are required to submit certificates confirming they are not involved in litigation with Government Departments in the Court of Law and that no special inspection report is outstanding against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Contractors must provide proof of PEC registration and satisfy field conditions specific to defence installations. Bid security and other financial obligations will be as stipulated in the tender documents.
Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted by 07 July 2026 at 1130 hours to the office of the Accepting Officer, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same date. Interested contractors may attend the opening ceremony. CMES (PAF) Sargodha and authorized representatives are available for further details from 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days. Tender reference DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/88/E-6 dated 17 June 2026 applies to all packages. All tenders will be evaluated and processed as per PPRA Rules and accepted subject to technical and financial scrutiny.
