Description / Scope of Work
WAPDA invites electronic bids for civil works related to the enhancement of colony grounds, landscaping, jogging track installation, laser leveling and grass plantation at WAPDA Officers Colony Baral Mangla Cantonment in Punjab. The tender is issued by the Resident Engineer Power Station WAPDA, Mangla under the WAPDA Decade of Dams initiative with EPADS ID F-26061925307. The project has a completion period of 60 days and an estimated bid security amount of PKR 200,000.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and FBR/GoAJK BR and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate in Category C-6 or above with appropriate field of specialization for the year 2025-26. Bidders must be active taxpayers and submit the required PEC registration certificate and tax payer details. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Banker's Cheque in favour of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla, with the original document submitted on the date of bid opening but not later than 1000 hours.
Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 1000 hours on 09.07.2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day and time at the office of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. A single stage one envelope procedure will be followed. Bidders may seek technical clarification up to three days before the bid closing deadline.
