Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore invites sealed bids for the conversion of existing space into proper lecture halls in different sections and renovation work of the training shop at its headquarters located at 234 Ferozpur Road near Metro Canal Station, Lahore, Punjab. This tender notice (486/2026) covers comprehensive construction and renovation activities aimed at upgrading PITAC's training and educational infrastructure. The project scope includes structural modifications, interior design work, and facility improvements to create functional lecture halls meeting current training standards across multiple sections of the centre.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers and shall provide valid copies of their National Tax Number (NTN), Provincial Sales Tax (PST) registration, and Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration. A tender participation fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted along with the bid, and bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total quoted value (inclusive of all taxes) is required in the form of a deposit at call or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Director General PITAC. Bidders must not be involved in litigation with any government or semi-government department, must not be blacklisted by any government department, and should provide evidence of previous experience in similar works executed during the last three years.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Federal PPRA EPADS web portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing time and date of 13 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with manual bids not being accepted. Scanned copies of bid security and supporting documents must be sent through EPADS, while original bid security and hard copy supporting documents must be dispatched to the Deputy Director (Coordination/Purchase) at PITAC HQ, Lahore. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM following the National Competitive Bidding Procedure and single stage two-envelope method as per Public Procurement Rules 36(b).
