Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of metallurgical coke under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2328/26. This procurement is open to both foreign suppliers and their local agents as well as local manufacturers and suppliers. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding system wherein technical and financial proposals are submitted separately to ensure transparent and fair evaluation. The scope includes supply, delivery, and related services as detailed in the schedule of requirements and technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Bids will be received at the office of the General Manager (Procurement) at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, with a closing date of 27 July 2026 at 1430 hours and public opening at 1500 hours on the same date.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess appropriate registration and tax certificates. A bid bond (original) in accordance with instructions to bidders must be included in the financial proposal envelope. The bid security ensures commitment to contract terms. Bidders are required to provide technical literature, clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications, quantity offered, delivery period, and a copy of the bid bond with their technical proposal. The financial proposal must include a detailed price schedule, bid bond in original, delivery period, copies of sales tax registration and income tax certificates (if applicable), and a completed questionnaire covering important commercial terms.
Bid documents can be obtained from the General Manager (Procurement) at the address mentioned above or through authorized channels. Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for ninety days from the closing date and fully conform to all technical specifications and tender conditions. Only one authorized representative per bidder will be permitted to attend the public opening, and they must present an authority letter in the prescribed format. The company reserves the right to cancel the tender, adjust quantities by up to fifteen percent, inspect items at its own expense, or amend the closing date without assigning reasons.
