Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of mumty's at the Office and Pavilion Building along with fixing of granite skirting at the ground floor at GSL (Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore), Punjab. This is a National Competitive Bidding project conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost method. The work scope includes construction of mumty's facilities and installation of granite skirting at the ground floor level of the office and pavilion building complex at the stadium premises in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must meet the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal document. The required bid security amount is Rs. 210,000/- which must be submitted in original hard form at the PCB Head Office, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore by the closing date and time of bid submission. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation as outlined in the procurement notice. Only duly completed, signed, and stamped bids in complete conformity with the Request for Proposal will be considered.
Request for Proposal documents are available for free download from the EPMS website (https://epms.ppra.gov.pk) and EPADS website (https://eprocure.gov.pk) immediately after publication. Prospective bidders must submit their bids online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM (PST) on or before July 6th, 2026. Bid opening will be conducted online through EPADS on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
