Description / Scope of Work
The O/O CEO-NJHPC (Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company) invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods as part of the contractual arrangement for the DIO CEO/ADM Procurement of 10kV Insulation Resistance Test Set for Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Station on DOP Basis. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and is located in the Muzaffarabad district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir region. The scope of procurement involves supply of specialized testing equipment required for hydropower station operations and maintenance.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section in the Bidding Document, which may be in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the Bidding Document. Single Stage-One Envelope LCBS technique shall be used for selection. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.
