Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), headquartered at Karachi Airport in Sindh province, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Anti Freez Water Coolant in a quantity of 2640 liters. This tender is issued by the Purchases Technical Commercial Section under the Supply Chain Management Department and is referenced as Tender No. 26011450, dated 20 June 2026. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Basis process as per PPRA guidelines. The tender cost is PKR 15,000, which is non-refundable.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including NTN and GST registration with proof of annual FBR tax filing for Pakistan-based companies. An authorization letter from the principal is required for authorized agents or distributors. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Pay Order of PKR 20,000 (refundable) in favor of Pakistan International Airlines along with the technical proposal. All applicable certificates, mandatory requirements, affidavits, and checklist documents must be included in the technical envelope. Foreign bidders must clearly mention the tender reference number, opening date, and item description on the courier envelope.
Bidding documents are available through PIACL Website, PPRA Website, and EPADS-PPRA portal at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS by 06 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, and manual submission of hard copies with original bid security must be made to the Tender Box marked as "Tender Box Commercial Purchases" at the SCM Department Building, PIA Head Office, Karachi Airport, Sindh by the same deadline.
