Laptop Bags Supply by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of laptop bags under tender reference PS/02/26-27. This is a single stage, one envelope bidding procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender is open to entities registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province and represents a supply contract for protective carrying cases for portable computers to support institutional requirements.

Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (NTN holders) and hold valid SRB or GST registration certificates. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to IBA Karachi, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated contract value. The tender documents specify a single envelope submission process, and only bids uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal along with supporting documents will be accepted for evaluation. Original bid security documents must be physically delivered to IBA's main campus before the bid opening.

Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from August 6, 2026. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be deposited at any Meezan Bank branch using a challan generated from the IBA website. Bids must be submitted electronically on SPPRA EPADS between August 6 and August 21, 2026, with physical copies and original bid security delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before August 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Tender opening will occur at 3:30 PM on August 21, 2026, in the presence of bidder representatives.
