Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids for the provision of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of data centre infrastructure at its Head Office located in Lahore, Pakistan, for a period of two years. This tender enquiry (LED/022/26) seeks qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive maintenance services for data centre systems and infrastructure. The scope includes all necessary technical support, preventive maintenance, and operational services required to ensure continuous and reliable functioning of the organisation's critical IT infrastructure at the Lahore headquarters.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or dealers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue's Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond (Bid Security) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening, along with the hard copy of their proposal. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS (e-procurement system) at www.eprocure.gov.pk in a single stage, two-envelope format comprising separate technical and financial proposals.
The bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on EPADS. A tender document fee of Rs. 2,500 in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque, made payable to SNGPL, is required. Bids must reach the Procurement Department at 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 03 June 2026 at 1430 hours (closing time), with public opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day. The tender closing date has been extended to 06 July 2026 by amendment dated 12 June 2026, with revised technical specifications in Appendix C.
