For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA is procuring IT infrastructure—server racks, containment systems, and rack PDUs—for a data center modernization project.
Scale appears medium-to-large given NADRA's federal footprint and the specificity of containment/cooling systems. This is a one-off capital equipment purchase tied to a defined revamp initiative, not recurring supply. Bidders should note the August 2026 closing is ~18 months away; relatively generous timeline suggests detailed technical evaluation will be applied. Single-stage two-envelope indicates separate technical and financial scoring.
Who can bid: Must be registered on ePADS v2.0 platform; no specific PEC category or sector restriction stated. Typically, federal procurement from NADRA requires NTN, valid tax registration, and relevant product/equipment certification (ISO, CE). Registration status on ePADS v2.0 is the explicit gate; verify account activation before bid submission.
