Ordnance Depot Nowshera Cantt, located in Punjab, is inviting competitive sealed tenders for the supply of various ordnance stores during the first half of the 2026-27 zonal calendar supply tenure, effective from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The tender encompasses multiple ordnance items as detailed in annexures A and B. The Local Purchase Section has opened this tender inquiry to qualified bidders capable of meeting Army specifications and delivery requirements across all zonal ordnance units and formation ammunition depots throughout Pakistan.
Prospective bidders must be cleared security-wise by the MI Directorate and possess valid registration with Ordnance Depot Nowshera. Firms are required to submit documentary proof including valid NTN certificate, sales tax certificate, professional sales tax certificate, CNIC of proprietor, proprietor's photograph, and original bank statements for the last six months. Bidders must provide laboratory reports from accredited testing institutions such as ASID Lahore or IAS&C Karachi where applicable, and submit physical samples of all quoted items alongside their commercial offers. All stores must be brand new, unused, in standard packaging such as wooden boxes or seven-ply carton, and conform to Army approved specifications and drawings.
Tender documents are available from the Local Purchase Office, Ordnance Depot Nowshera, on working days between 0800 and 1500 hours, upon payment of Rs 5000 tender fee. Bids must be submitted by 1030 hours on 9 July 2026 and will be opened at 1100 hours the same day in the LP branch. Rates quoted must be valid until 31 December 2026, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, and quoted on a per-accounting-unit basis for delivery throughout all zonal units.
