Description / Scope of Work
KPEZDMC invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of office furniture through a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement is open to eligible and registered bidders with the Federal Board of Revenue holding current Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. The tender is being conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening meeting at the KPEZDMC office located in Hayatabad. The scope of work involves the supply and provision of office furniture items as per the specified requirements and technical details outlined in the tender documents.
Only bidders who are registered on the EPADS portal are eligible to participate in this procurement process. Prospective bidders must have valid FBR registrations for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes. All interested parties who are not yet registered on the system should complete their registration through the provided online portal before submitting their bids. KPEZDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage of the bidding process in accordance with prevailing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules and regulations.
All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 12:00 PM on July 6, 2026, and manual submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The electronic bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM, and interested bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
