Description / Scope of Work
Requirements:Sealed tenders are required for the auction and sale of used examination answer sheets, used question papers, waste paper, and miscellaneous items for the years 2024 and 2025. Tender forms can be obtained from the Admin Section of the Board against an Allied Bank receipt of Rs. 2,000. A Call Deposit of Rs. 100,000 in favor of the Secretary, BISE Abbottabad must be attached as security money. A copy of the National Identity Card (CNIC) must be attached, and the tender form must be filled out without any cutting. The words "Tender for Waste Paper" (ٹینڈر برائے ردی کاغذ) must be written on the envelope, and it should be sent via registered post or courier service. The successful bidder must deposit Rs. 1,000,000 as an advance on the spot, and the remaining amount must be paid as the paper is removed. All materials must be removed within 30 days of the tender opening date. Quoted rates must include all applicable government taxes.
