Urban Area Development Authority Swabi invites sealed bids for the auction of eleven residential plots on ownership basis in Shahmansoor Town Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Within one week of receiving the 25 percent deposit, the Authority will issue an allotment letter requiring deposit of the remaining amount and applicable taxes within one month.
