Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the public auction of a Canteen for a period of one year. The canteen auction pertains to the main canteen and tertiary care facility (Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi) and encompasses the area between the old and new buildings and the liver department. This procurement initiative is conducted under the e-Auction Portal framework with a reserve price of Rs. 30,407,300 for one year. The auction scope includes the right to operate and manage the hospital canteen facility under agreed terms and conditions. Interested bidders are invited to register through the e-Auction Portal at eauction.health.punjab.gov.pk immediately following publication of this notice.
Eligibility criteria require that applicants and firms must be registered with relevant authorities as specified in the auction documents. Earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, made payable to Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi. Hard copy submission is not required, and applicants must ensure timely registration to avoid disqualification. The auction committee reserves the right to declare applicants ineligible if they contain corrupt data or viruses.
Bid documents and detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the e-Auction Portal immediately upon publication. The auction will be conducted exclusively online through the e-Auction Portal on January 04, 2026, with bidding opening at 11:00 AM and closing at 01:00 PM. Registration deadline is July 15, 2026, with last date for uploading of scanned documents by July 22, 2026. Successful applicant's offer will be published online and affidavit regarding registration and bid amount details shall be submitted within ten days of announcement of the evaluation result.
