Description / Scope of Work
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), Finance Department, has reserved funds under its FY 2026-27 budget to procure consultancy services for the hiring of an audit firm to conduct IFEM (Integrated Financial and Energy Management) audits for the fiscal years 2024-25 and 2025-26. The procurement is planned for the federal territory and will be executed through an open competitive bidding process. OGRA invites eligible bidders registered on the EPADS V2.0 platform to submit their proposals through the e-Procurement system. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant authority regulations and instructions.
