Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA) under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites competitive bids for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Vice Chairman WASA Room at the agency's head office in Lahore. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,190,868.50 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 65,727 (3% of estimated cost). This maintenance and interior rehabilitation project is being procured through the electronic Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) system as per PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) License in category C-6 or above, maintaining active NTN (National Tax Number) and PNTN registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security may be submitted as CDR, Bank Guarantee, Purchase Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque (excluding insurance bonds). Hard copies of bid security must be submitted to the office of XEN-II(Maintenance) WASA at Opposite 23, Main Gulberg, OHR No. 1 before the e-bid submission deadline. All bids must include PRA Certificate and NTN certificate from the concerned Income Tax Office; bidders must quote percentage rates above or below the schedule of rates for standardized items only.
Bidding documents are available exclusively on the e-PADS platform at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids in PDF format must be submitted on or before July 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance and invites grievances within 10 days of bid evaluation report announcement.
