ADM&R and AOM&R Repair Works for Civil Quarters and Bungalows by C&W Department KPK

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for maintenance and repair works under the E-PADS e-procurement system on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Two packages are being advertised for the financial year 2026-27. Package-1 comprises ADM&R (Additions, Deletions, Modifications and Repair) works to Civil Quarters located at Kohat Road, Peshawar, covering multiple sub-quarters including numbers G-05, 25-A, 66-C, 113-C, 82-C, F-07, F-08, 44-C, 06-A, 21-A, 29-C, 7-15-cc, 35-B, 51-22, F-24, 51-29, 51-02, 124-C and 72-C, with both civil and electrical works included. Package-2 includes two sub-components: AOM&R (Additions, Omissions, Modifications and Repair) works to Bungalow No.12 C2 and Quarter No.75 Phase V in Hayatabad, Peshawar, and AOM&R works to Khyber Colony Bungalows in Peshawar, specifically Sub Head Civil Work Bungalow No.02. Both packages are subject to KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (Amended) and require adherence to standard bid security and documentation procedures outlined by the C&W Department.
