Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for renovation and construction work at its Rajan Road Branch located in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. The project is identified as ABEP-2026 and is situated at Khata number 133/127, Khatooni number 165, Chak number 328 JB, Tehsil and District Toba Tek Singh. The estimated project cost is Rs. 12,534,183 with a project completion timeline of 60 days after issuance of the work order. This renovation project aims to enhance the bank's operational facilities and customer service infrastructure in the Toba Tek Singh area.
Bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in construction and renovation works. A call deposit (bid security) of two percent, equivalent to Rs. 250,684, must be submitted in a sealed envelope in favor of The Bank of Punjab. The bidding process will follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. All bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes including GST and Income Tax. Bids that do not comply with these requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents may be obtained or downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal by 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the call deposit to be delivered physically to the Head Centralized Procurement Department at 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
