Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab Head Office in Lahore invites competitive bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at the Customer Facilitation Centre (CFC) located at 1st Floor, Plot 12 Block A MBK Mall Model Town, Ahmedpur Road, Bahawalpur Cantt., Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 10,397,109 with a project completion timeline of 45 days after issuance of the work order. This renovation initiative is being coordinated through the Centralized Procurement Department and follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. The scope includes all construction and renovation items with technical specifications and warranty period support as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must submit bids in compliance with PPRA regulations and all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. A call deposit of two percent (2%) equivalent to Rs. 207,942 must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with the bid. All prices quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. Bids that do not conform to specifications or contain alternative proposals will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date, and bidders must be prepared to sign the contract within the stipulated timeframe.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. All bids must be uploaded through the E-Pads portal by 09.07.2026 at 11:00 AM, with the call deposit delivered physically to the Centralized Procurement Department at 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, on or before the same date and time.
