Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites competitive bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at its Boken Morr Branch located in Gujrat, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 15,176,964 with a scope covering construction and renovation services at the bank's facility. The project is to be completed within 60 days of work order issuance. The bidding process follows PPRA rules using a single-stage two-envelope procedure, requiring submission through the E-Pads portal with all technical details, bid items, and warranty support specifications clearly outlined in the proposal.
Bidders must be eligible contractors capable of undertaking renovation and construction projects. A call deposit of two percent (2%) equivalent to Rs. 303,540 of the estimated cost must be submitted in a sealed envelope as bid security. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax. Bids quoted without applicable taxes shall be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date, and alternative bids will not be considered.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Bids must be uploaded through the E-Pads portal only, with the call deposit receipt (CDR) in PDF format, on or before 09 July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
