Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power Pvt. Ltd (QASPL) invites competitive bids from eligible contractors for comprehensive renovation and construction works at its facility in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The scope of work includes renovation of the administrative block, construction of officers' accommodation, supplies of equipment, and miscellaneous civil works. The project is located at the QASPL premises in Bahawalpur and is funded through the company's internal resources. Contractors are required to submit complete technical and financial proposals demonstrating their capability to execute these works within the specified timeline and quality standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in similar construction and renovation projects. Bidders are required to submit bid security in accordance with the tender requirements and must demonstrate financial stability and technical competence. All documentation establishing the bidder's eligibility, qualifications, and the works' conformity to bidding documents must be included in the submission. Subcontracting is permitted subject to prior approval by the employer, and a performance security will be required upon contract award.
Bidding documents are available for download and submission. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed format with all required schedules including schedule of prices, specific works data, proposed programme of works, and method of performing works. Bids will be opened and evaluated according to the criteria detailed in the tender documents. Interested contractors should obtain complete bidding documents from the QASPL office located at 3rd Floor, 83A-E1, Gulberg III, Main Boulevard, Lahore, and submit their bids before the closing date specified in the invitation for bids.
