Description / Scope of Work
The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture and fixtures for Mines Labour Welfare Girls High School located in Dandot, District Chakwal, Punjab. The tender is referenced as MLW/CE/F&F-GHSD/16/2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,331,000. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules, with submissions conducted through the EPADS platform at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/. The scope includes supply and installation of all required furniture and fixtures to furnish the educational institution as per specifications outlined in the tender documents.
Bidders must possess valid and active Income/Sales Tax Registration, Professional Tax Registration certificates, and PST documentation. The bid security requirement is set at 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 516,550, to be submitted in the form of a CDR alongside the technical and financial proposals. Original Certified Deposit Receipts must be physically submitted to the office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner at 70 Trade Centre Block, Johar Town, Lahore, by the closing date and time specified. Technical proposals will be opened on 08-07-2026 at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives, with financial bids of technically qualified firms to be opened on a scheduled date thereafter. All offers must conform to the specifications and conditions stated in the tender inquiry. The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules clause 35.
