Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Hazro, District Attock, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers for the supply of medical goods and services under seven framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes day-to-day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines and surgical/disposable items valued at 6.5 million rupees, dialysis supplies at 5.0 million rupees, X-ray films and radiology accessories at 2.0 million rupees, pathology and laboratory materials at 4.0 million rupees, miscellaneous general store and dental items at 1.5 million rupees, printing materials and stationary items at 4.0 million rupees, and medical gases at 2.5 million rupees. The total estimated cost across all packages is 25 million rupees. All procurement shall be conducted through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority only.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost for each package in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bids must be prepared in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders should not be associated with any firm engaged by the procuring agency for consulting services related to these procurements. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are legally and financially autonomous and operate under commercial law.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available free of cost on EPADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date of July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted on or before 10-07-2026 at 11:00 AM on EPADS with bid security documents also delivered to the hospital office. Proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders must quote their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies as no negotiations are expected.
