Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) is soliciting proposals from reputed firms, organizations, joint ventures, or consortia to conduct a comprehensive third-party audit and review of the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA). This tender, issued under Tender Notice No. 13/2025-26, seeks qualified service providers to deliver professional audit services evaluating PSQCA's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks. The audit assignment is based in Islamabad, Federal Province, and represents a significant opportunity for consulting organizations with substantial experience in conducting organizational audits and reviews for government institutions.
Eligible bidders must be reputed firms with proven expertise in conducting comprehensive organizational audits and reviews.
