District Headquarters Hospital Chakwal, Punjab, is inviting sealed competitive bids for parking management and vehicle maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is for the provision of comprehensive parking facility management, vehicle security, maintenance, and allied services at the hospital premises in Chakwal. The estimated contract value is Rs 5,030,000 (five million thirty thousand rupees) with tender duration from 10 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The service scope includes parking area management, vehicle registration and security, barrier installation and maintenance, parking attendants, vehicle safeguarding, waste management, and compliance with prescribed parking rates for motorcycles, cars, and other vehicles.
Bidders must submit a certified CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) of Rs 251,500 from any scheduled bank in the name of DHQ Hospital Chakwal payable to the Medical Superintendent. Only open bidding is accepted with no alternative bidding methods permitted. The contractor must maintain a register of all vehicles, provide security personnel, install appropriate signage, and maintain vehicle records with minimum one-month documentation period. Bidders should possess valid National Tax Number (NTN). Performance guarantees include 50 percent of the contract value due immediately upon award, with remaining 25 percent installments due on 30 November 2026 and 31 March 2027.
Bid documents must be submitted by 9 July 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date at DHQ Hospital Chakwal. All documents must be uploaded on EPAD portal. Required attachments include certified identity card photocopy of the bidder and guarantor, experience certificates, and valid registration documents.
