Description / Scope of Work
IESCO Civil Division invites sealed bids for the revamping and renovation works of the IESCO Dispensary located at IESCO Colony G-7/4 in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This is a national level works procurement advertised on a single stage one envelope bidding basis. The project scope encompasses comprehensive revamping of the dispensary facility to modernize and improve its operational capacity and infrastructure. Bidders are required to obtain the complete standard bidding document which contains detailed work specifications, market rates, scope of work definition, price schedules, and all contractual terms and conditions from the IESCO Civil Division office.
Prospective bidders must meet the specified eligibility criteria including demonstrated past construction experience relevant to similar projects and adequate financial resources to execute the contract. A bid securing declaration must be submitted with each bid as per the prescribed format. Bidders are required to provide evidence of their technical capabilities, financial stability, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements before bid submission.
