Description / Scope of Work
CMH Gilgit invites sealed quotations from licensed suppliers, distributors and companies registered with the Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan for the supply of medical stores including medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory kits, X-ray films and implants for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued in accordance with PPRA procurement rules and is open to firms with good reputation in the medical supply sector. This single-stage two-envelope tender process seeks qualified vendors capable of supplying comprehensive medical inventory to support the hospital's operational needs in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the income tax department, sales tax department and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List. All firms must hold valid licenses from relevant authorities and demonstrate professional credentials including company registration, dealership certificates and professional sales tax exemption certificates where applicable. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is required from each bidder at the time of quotation submission.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and the complete list of required medical items are available from the CMH Gilgit Medical Store Office during working hours. Sealed quotations must be deposited by 08 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of authorized bidder representatives. CMH Gilgit reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1).
