Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Special Communications Organization, located on Qasim Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of WhatsApp Services. This procurement notice seeks qualified bidders to provide services as detailed in the tender documents. The procuring organization is SCO, a government body responsible for specialized communications requirements in Pakistan. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework and represents a service procurement opportunity for eligible vendors.
Bidders must be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan to qualify for participation. Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 hours on the due date, with technical proposal opening at 10:30 hours the same day.
