Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), a major utility company in Sindh, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of polyethylene (PE100) pipe fittings under single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender covers supply of four types of transition fittings: 248 units of 4-inch by 125mm fittings, 470 units of 2-inch by 63mm fittings, 48 units of 6-inch by 180mm fittings, and 4 units of 8-inch by 250mm fittings, all manufactured to specification PE-TF-002/14 REV.01. All items must be delivered to the Site Store in Karachi within 60 days of purchase order placement. The tender reference number is SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2163183 with a total estimated requirement value that reflects procurement for the Karachi location in Sindh province.
Bidders must possess a valid ISO 9001 certificate, which is mandatory for participation. Suppliers are required to be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) at the time of bidding. The earnest money or fixed bid bond amount is set at PKR 175,000. All quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders must participate through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in compliance with SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 08th March 2023. Physical submission of the original bid bond to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office is mandatory, alongside electronic submission of scanned copies on EPADS.
