Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of medical store items required by the Laboratory Department. The tender is issued under reference 5171/IT-6902/2026-27/FOR-A/Lab/Med/SCM dated 17 June 2026 and will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules through a single stage two envelope procedure using national competitive bidding. The contract delivery period shall be two months following the signing of the contract. Detailed specifications and quantities of required items are provided in Annexure A of the bidding document.
Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Required supporting documents include attested copies of Registration certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for one year, CNIC of the Managing Director, trade links with OEM (for distributors/agents), and a non-blacklisting certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner. Applicants must also provide details of contracts executed during the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations and proof of prior registration with such entities if applicable. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit sealed tenders on or before 15 July 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening scheduled for the same date at 1100 hours. Both technical and commercial offers must be submitted separately in a single envelope.
